I founded Ad Olivetum in 2021 to represent a handful of producers I was working with at the time, supporting the health and vitality of their groves.

Driven by a spirit of innovation and discovery, Ad Olivetum brings you exceptional extra virgin olive oils and handcrafted delicacies from the grove — born of creativity, technical mastery, and close collaboration with our producers.
